This source gives a detailed look at flexible working arrangements and positions small to medium sized companies can take. This source is a study of different cases of different sized companies in Australia and how they handle the flexible working arrangements. The study analyzes a lot of data and it gives a lot of raw data with some analysis behind it.
This source is relevant and useful for the paper. It not only covers costs of flexible working hours, which is my topic, but it also has other data that is still related to flexible hours. This means that my teammates will be able to use this source and get good value out of it. It provides depth and is a study of real cases, which helps with data. I can use this source to cover real examples of costs.

This source is from the business magazine Forbes. This source is found on their website and explains something that can improve productivity and trust in the workplace. The idea the article is talking about is a flexible work schedule. It outlines benefits to this idea.
This source is relevant to the paper because it goes through some of the costs particular companies have saved since employing a flexible work schedule. Another reason why this source is useful is it gives names of companies along with percentages, it is not vague by just saying the industry sees this. Increasing productivity is a way to decrease costs. It will provide me with more examples for the essay.
Rosen, R. J. (2015). The Hidden Cost of a Flexible Job. Retrieved from https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2015/02/the-hidden-cost-of-a-flexible-job/385170/
This source is from the website for The Atlantic. This source looks at things a little bit differently than the other two sources. It does this by looking at the hidden cost of having a flexible job. It looks more from the perspective of the worker, instead of the company.
This article is relevant to the paper. Since this comes in from a different perspective, it will give me the potential costs flexible working can have on the employee and not just the company. I can compare this data to the data about the costs this scheduling has on the company, creating a strong statistical comparison.

This article is from the CBS website. Although this article is older, it goes through some ways in which flexibility is beneficial for companies. It gives a simple list form with more details under each heading.
This article is relevant to the paper. It is relevant because it lists benefits of flexible scheduling for employers, which is what I am focusing on. It also gives specific examples with company names that will help me to illustrate my points.
Michigan, U. O. (n.d.). Benefits of Workflex. Retrieved from https://hr.umich.edu/benefits-wellness/work-life/flexible-work-options/benefits-workflex
This article is from the University of Michigan’s website. It is about the benefits of Workflex, the name of their flexible hours program. It is written for people who want to work for the university. It offers a section on benefits to the department and a section on benefits to employees.
This article is relevant in the writing of the paper. It provides a section on the benefits to both the department (company) and the employees. It is also relevant because it provides an example of a type of organization that has not been covered in the other sources for flexible hours. Although this is a unique source, there is still some value in it.
