Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Turkey have great potential in the extension of the global order because of the fact that they are more focused on democracy, and they are part of the economy that is growing at a very high rate. Part of the global order includes various countries and territories being ruled by democratic governments because it is becoming important to include the people in the administration. The dictatorial governments are being done away with as many forces in the world are against it. The international community, for instance, is against any form of dictatorship. The new order also includes economic growth by making sure that people are able to afford important commodities. The five key areas of state behavior in global order advances include administration, economy, global trade, Associations, and human rights. The global order advances the administration of a country from being a dictatorship to being a democracy and more people-centered. The economy includes the activities that the country is engaged in that improve the financial performance and the livelihoods of the people in the society. Global trade involves the exchange of goods and services among countries. Associations refer to the treaties that the countries have gone in to as a way of improving the lives of the citizens.
It is improbable that the four countries will act in concert, as evidenced by the information given in the paper. One of the challenges is the rise of China that has made many countries drag financially as a result of the loans. The other issue is the fact that the west has started cutting its aid, something that paralyzes the countries that used to depend on them. The other evidence presented is the fact that different countries have different beliefs that guide their activities, something that kills uniformity.
